Chablis
Cuvée VV46
2018
Terroir
Produced from a single plot of Chablis Vieilles Vignes planted in 1946 and ageing for 14 months in ""une cocotte"",an ovoid tank, this exceptional wine is my tribute to the artistic talent Louis Petit, my spiritual father. Jean-Marc Brocard
Tasting
Pale yellow with green reflections. On the nose, notes of lime, anise, lemon confit. We also find fresh spice, white pepper on a note of salinity. In the mouth, it is a very fine minerality, limestone and flint, hints of menthol, lemon blossom and fresh orange, velvety and persistent mouth. A very nice overall harmony, complexity and refinement with the density. Precision and freshness.
Accord Mets-Vin
Seafood, fish in sauce, trout with almonds, white meat, poultry (chicken with cream), frog legs, Burgundy snails.
Service
Serve between 12°C and 14°C.
